Portfolio changes 2010

Change of Ownership:

1) AK BARS Bank and Tatenergo. SINEK's ownership in AK BARS Bank and Tatenergo increased to 27.7% and 100% respectively as a result of an additional capital injection from the only shareholder the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2) Tatneftekhiminvest Holding. On 20 December 2010 Tatneftekhiminvest Holding increased its share capital by way of issuing new additional shares. Sinek did not participate in the Tatkneftekhiminvest Holding’s capital increase, and as a result, its ownership in the Holding decreased from 51.5% to 50%.
